the F family in da ‘hood [part one of two]

i was inspired to write a little rap song to introduce this shoot. yes, inspired:

She called me up, she’s like “Yo Photog!

We want some pics in our ‘hood with our dog!

This is where we live and love and play

and chill together in our day-to-day.”

So over to their ‘hood I did head

“Just play and have fun!” is what I said.

And then I took pictures a plenty

that this family will treasure in year 2020.

p.s. they totally don’t have a dog – it just fit well with the rap.

I totally dig your capture their personality rather than posing and positioning people. Really made me appreciate you when at my sisters wedding the photographer took like 30 minutes to make sure everyone's head was tilted right before he snapped his first picture.
